Reservation Policies

  • Minimum of 3 business days* notice required for any reservation requests.
    Please note these requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by reservations office.
  • Reservations require a minimum of 2 lanes. No exceptions.
  • Maximum capacity of 5 persons per lane.
  • A 50% deposit is required a minimum of 3 business days* prior to your event date.
  • 'No-Show' bookings forfeit their 50% deposit.
  • No bookings on Holidays; including Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

To avoid a 'No-Show': Cancellations & changes must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to your event.

Bookings cancelled before deadline will receive the deposit in form of gift card available to use at Lucky 9 Lanes or Monkey 9 Brew Pub.

Food & Beverage Package

The Food & Beverage Package includes:
2 hours on the lanes, 2 food items from listed choices below, bottomless pop for duration of event, and shoe rentals per lane.
Maximum 5 persons per lane.

Monday to Thursday
$160 Per Lane

Friday to Sunday
$180 Per Lane

Package Food Choices:

Cheese Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, Hawaiian Pizza, Meat Lovers Pizza, Wings*, Perogies, Tater Tots, Dry Ribs, Hummus Dip, Chips & Dip, or Popcorn Shrimp.

*choice of Salt & Pepper, Hot, Silverback Stout BBQ, or Chili Garlic

Please note that food is served 30-60 minutes into your booked time.

Can we bring our own food or beverages?
No. Unfortunately, we do not allow any outside food or beverages in our facility.
Monkey 9 Brew Pub provides all our food and beverage service.
Pre-ordered food is available with bookings 2+ hours or with the package or you're welcome to order onsite during their regular business hours.

What about food and beverages outside of Monkey 9 Brew Pub business hours?
We have vending machines onsite that offer snack and beverage options.
We also have a water station by our front dsk that is available to use with no charge.

Can we bring in a birthday cake or cupcakes?
A "baked" birthday cake/cupcakes are the only outside food items that we will permit in our facility.
We do not allow any ice-cream cakes.

Do we have to bring our own plates, napkins, cutlery, etc?
We have generic paper plates, napkins, cups, and cutlery for you to use during your visit with us!
For birthday parties, just bring the kids and the cake!

Can we decorate?
Our only restrictions regarding decorations would be the following:

  • Decorations cannot block any entry/exits or walkways
  • Decorations must not do any damage to the facility
    (ie: strong adhesive tapes that peel paint/cannot be removed or tacks leaving holes in walls)
  • Please refrain from Glitter/Confetti as we have carpets and if any gets stuck to the bottom of shoes, it can be dangerous and result in injury to bowlers.

Are we allowed to have some people observing / not bowling?
We do allow a reasonable number of observers/non-bowling guests. As an example; parents watching their kids bowling. Please keep in mind that guests should not be taking up lanes that are not assigned to their event and we have limited seating for observers.
We ask that you limit observing guests to a maximum of 2 observers/non-bowlers per lane booked.

I want to book the package, but how does the food options work?
You’ll have 2 items per lane booked. As an example; 10 people will require 2 lanes which will include 4 items total.
You can order a mix of the package food items! It doesn’t have to be 2 pizzas and 2 appetizers.
Example of a 4-item order would be:

  • 1x Pepperoni Pizza
  • 1x Salt & Pepper Wings
  • 1x BBQ Wings
  • 1x Tater Tots

Can we do split payments on the day of?
Unfortunately, we do not accept split payments.
We will require a 50% deposit a minimum of 3 business days prior to your event with the remaining balance due upon arrival at the front desk in one (1) full payment in either cash, credit, or debit.

Can we request specific lanes?
Unfortunately, we do not take specific lane requests for reservations.
Lanes will be assigned on the day of based on the needs of business, taking into consideration maintenance and other bookings.

Can we request bumpers to be up?
All our lanes have bumper capabilities and our 5pin lanes even have automatic bumpers that will go up or down based on settings while entering names! Unfortunately, we do not put bumpers up prior to arrival. Bumpers can be requested once your group has checked in.
Please be aware that bumpers are reserved for very young children or special needs bowlers only.

How do I put down a 50% deposit?
A deposit can be made by providing a valid credit card number expiration date and cvv for our reservations team to charge.
You're welcome to provide this information via email, over the phone during a call with our reservations team during our office hours, or with our front desk staff once a quote has been provided.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
If we receive written notice of cancellation before the deadline assigned to your booking, we can either load the full deposit amount to a gift card that can be used at either Lucky 9 Lanes or Monkey 9 Brew Pub or reschedule the event to another date provided lanes are available.
Any cancellations made over the phone or after the deadline are not valid and will not receive a gift card and will not be rescheduled as the deposit would be considered void.
